Athena - Automatic Divider-Rounder
Divider rounder Heavy duty, high output divider rounder
with 5 or 6 rows, suitable for dividing and rounding dough,
which undergoes further processing to obtain round,
moulded, pita, pizza bread, hamburger buns and finger
rolls.
Prima - Automatic Divider-Rounder
Machine at two rows for the production of round bread. It
is equipped with stainless steel hopper for a capacity of
14 kg. of dough.The dough, gently handled thanks to a
dosing star system, is compressed in the portion
chambers, which appropriately adjusted give the required
weight.
Prisma - Spiral Tipping Mixer
Machine made up of a VELA model spiral mixer and
PRISMA tilting hydraulic device. The two-speed spiral
mixer has two timers with automatic working cycle and
bowl reversal. Upon request the dough can be poured
either on a table or on hopper of the volumetric divider,
either to the right or to the left side.

Vela - Spiral Mixer
This type of mixer can produce in a short time a softer
and more homogeneous dough allowing the
processing of products for pastry shops and bakeries
with excellent results. It is equipped with 2 timers which
allow to set the mixing times. The stainless steel bowl
is fixed but it rotates in both directions. It is fitted on
wheels.

a thermometer and a safety valve. The heating is made by a small
burner and any kind of gas can be used. Our cream-cooker makes
creams, ice-creams, egg-flips and chocolate.
